The Gospel reading for this Sunday is in your face: “No, I tell you, but unless you repent you will all perish as they did" (Luke 15). Jesus says it and then he repeats it. He doesn't do that a lot, so when he says it twice, pay attention. But is that really it? Unless we repent we perish? We get what we deserve? The worse we are the worse our punishmen…
